We’re looking for a self-driven, quick-learning, and ambitious Relationship Manager to grow our presence across key financial markets in Eastern and Central Europe.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of existing client relationships and forge new ones with global and regional banks, financial institutions, corporates, and asset managers. You’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth—whether through product and service sales or expanding message traffic.

This is more than a client-facing role. It’s a strategic position with high visibility, impact, and leadership potential.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier clients and market infrastructures.
  • Identify opportunities and close deals that drive growth across SWIFT’s product and service portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for large accounts and initiatives.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and represent SWIFT at industry events, forums, and fairs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for key clients.
  • Share market intelligence and contribute to internal innovation.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of business development or consulting experience in the financial industry.
  • Fluency in English (fluency in an Eastern European language is a plus).
  • Knowledge of banking, corporate cash management, and SWIFT’s product ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and network at senior levels.
  • A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A confident, flexible, and resilient mindset with a passion for excellence.
  • Leadership potential and a collaborative spirit.
