Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior QA EngineerHYBRID WORK IN THE HAGUE - 3x a weekResponsibilities:Implement and maintain adherence to the program Quality Management SystemEnsure compliance with the PWS, the QASP, EENG, ISO (namely 9001:2015), the program Quality Management Plan (QMP), and other program plans and processesDevelop, update, implement, and maintain the QMPCreate, update, and adopt a Tailored Process Baseline (TPB) for the program as applicableEnsure the program successfully obtains its required ISO certifications through adequate preparation, assessment, and trainingWork as a member of the Mission Assurance team and work with project technicians, engineers, and managers to develop and implement QA surveillance approachesDevelop, execute, and review program processes and proceduresDevelop and establish contractual SLAsCollect and report performance metrics and key performance indicators and proactively help the program meet quality objectivesProvide review and input to program plans and other program documents in support of accurate and on-time contract deliverables and work productsEnsure product development and services processes meet customer expectationsProactively monitor workflow and process compliance and track corrective actions to closureReview and inspect process outputs and deliverables to ensure compliance to contract requirementsSupport performance verification testing as neededConduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance, define thresholds to assess results, and report results to LeadershipReview the results of metrics analysis to determine whether additional process audits are neededDocument and work to resolve nonconformities and requirement escapes via root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actionRoutinely report progress on resolution to managementIntegrate closely with the program team to implement and execute the quality management systemSupport other Quality actions and responsibilities across the program as requiredMonitor and track quality action items and quality issues through resolutionIdentify and report project quality risks to program managementFacilitate contributions to the Risk and Opportunity Register and Peer Review LogPartner with internal and external customer and lead/facilitate lean six sigma process improvement eventsCollaborate with program leadership to lead efforts that define the optimal performance requirement / service level agreement strategy in support of contract requirementsSupport program Staff Meetings and Reporting, such as Daily Status ReportsSupport Leidos reporting, such as Quality Management Reviews, In Process Reviews, Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Operational Reviews Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of professional experience managing SLAs and Quality of Service DeliveryMinimum of three years of experience in software/system/service life cycle quality management in information technology projectsCurrently hold a NATO Secret (NS) Security ClearanceExperience with ISO 9001 and CMMI industry standardsExperience working with SharePoint and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good oral and written communication skillsGood presentation skillsGood documentation skillsAbility to multi-task and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentNice to have:Familiarity with NATO IT, quality policies/processes, security policies and requirementsExperience working in a military environment and Command CenterPossess industry certifications in Quality Management and/or Service Management, such as ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-SVC, and/or ITIL certificationsLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
