Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field., 7+ years managing software development projects, with hands-on Agile experience (working as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer)., Expertise in planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and aligning delivery with business strategy and value realization., Strong technical understanding of software development practices with the ability to challenge and guide development teams., Deep knowledge of SAFe principles, practices, and roles; Experience in facilitating SAFe ceremonies is a plus., Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, resolve complex issues, and drive high-quality results., Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and track record of continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and product quality., Skilled in conflict resolution and removing team obstacles., Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders., Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders., Fluent in English language.
