Your work will directly influence early pipeline projects and shape the future of data-driven drug discovery within a globally distributed BioAI organisation.You will lead high-impact scientific initiatives, translate complex biological data into actionable insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align discovery efforts with strategic R&D objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead high-value AI-driven and data analysis projects supporting drug target discovery.Translate ultra-high throughput in-vitro screening results into viable drug target candidates.Apply systems biology approaches to analyse high-dimensional datasets, including cell painting and omics data.Stay at the forefront of emerging AI methodologies and continuously enhance internal evaluation frameworks.Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with scientific and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with drug discovery strategies.Contribute to the systems biology strategy, including its design, execution, and long-term evolution.Must-Have Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree in cellular biology, molecular biology, computational biology, or a related field.Extensive experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or tech-bio environment.Proven scientific leadership experience, particularly in drug target identification and discovery.Strong expertise in AI and systems biology applied to biological data analysis.Proficiency in Python and/or R for data curation, analysis, and interpretation.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiencesPhD in a relevant scientific discipline.Hands-on experience in cardiometabolic disease–relevant cellular or molecular biology.Our PeopleThe ideal consultants will share our values and be aligned with our ways of working.
