Unleash strategic insight — drive impactful project governance in a dynamic financial landscape.Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office).As a Senior PMO Analyst – Financial Services Portfolio Management, you will be working for our client, a large international financial services organization delivering complex change and transformation initiatives across multiple portfolios. You will support enterprise-wide programmes by transforming complex project data into clear executive insights, enabling better decision-making and enhanced transparency. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment where precision and continuous improvement are key to success.Your main responsibilities:Producing portfolio and programme performance reports using advanced Excel capabilitiesBuilding and maintaining dashboards to support governance and decision-makingSupporting project creation and maintenance within project management toolsAnalyzing project data to identify risks, issues, and delivery trendsPresenting complex information clearly to senior stakeholdersApplying project management frameworks across portfolios and programmesImproving PMO processes and simplifying ways of workingCollaborating with programme managers and transformation leadsYou're ideal for this role if you have:At least 7 years of experience in project or portfolio management or a related fieldAdvanced data analysis skills using Excel including pivot tables and Power QueryStrong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologiesHands-on experience with project management tools such as Clarity PPM or MS ProjectFluent English communication skills at a business levelConfidence in engaging with senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlinesIndependent work ethic combined with effective team collaborationIt is a strong plus if you have: Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmesBackground working in fast-paced, globally distributed environmentsLanguage Required for the role:Fluent EnglishEligibility to work in this role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in various, innovative, and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
