•Minimum 5 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or digital content creation., •Strong showreel demonstrating 2D animation, motion graphics, and basic-to-intermediate 3D work (Blender or Cinema4D preferred)., •Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset preparation., •Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, rhythm) and ability to execute clean, professional motion design., •Experience creating content for social platforms, web interfaces, and digital advertising formats., •Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver technically accurate and brand-consistent work., •Ability to interpret creative direction and implement feedback effectively., •Confident managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced production environment., •Fluent in English; Polish language skills are an advantage., •Experience designing motion for UI/UX interactions or product journeys., •Sound design capabilities or familiarity with audio integration for motion content., •Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries., •Familiarity with HTML5 display formats or exporting motion for web animation pipelines.
