Graduate degree, with experience of at least 4 years in Product Control, Risk or Valuations., Demonstrable experience of Product Control and knowledge of products, accounting, valuations, controls, systems, models and markets (at least one asset class, more than one is an advantage)., Good understanding and appreciation of Regulatory requirements and guidelines for Valuation., Experience of developing methodology and shaping policy for IPV / FVAs is a distinct advantage., Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (at all levels of seniority) and leading projects to delivery., Experience of managing a team, especially across multiple locations, is an advantage., Strong IT skills preferred, including experience with Python, MS Excel., Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving., Additional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CA, CFA / FRM) is an advantage.
