Your responsibilities: Design and implement IT infrastructure (network, on-prem, cloud). Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with internal IT standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure/system issues. Maintain clear and accurate IT documentation. Analyze system performance and propose optimizations. We are looking for you, if you have: 5+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT (networking, security, servers, storage, virtualization, backup, cloud). Experience with technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, HP, Lenovo, APC, Exagrid, or equivalents. Experience in Agile/Scrum and international environments is a plus. Strong Polish and English communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
