Location: GdańskModel of work: Hybrid (3 days/week from the office)Contract: B2B, full-time, long-termRate: up to 160 PLN/h netto + VATAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior IT Application Operations Specialist to take ownership of deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise applications in PREPROD and PROD environments.You’ll work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure stable, high-performing systems in a dynamic, hybrid setup based in Gdańsk.Your Responsibilities Support deployment of NBI/NIPS/NIS applications to PREPROD and PROD environments. Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues. Analyze system and application logs using FS/MSSQL. Collaborate with developers on application configuration and optimization. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems. Your Skills and Experience Solid knowledge of Windows OS. Experience analyzing logs and performance data in FS/MSSQL. Understanding of ASP.NET applications. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Nice to Have Basic programming experience (preferably .NET). Familiarity with SAFe / Agile methodologies. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
