2-3 years of experience authoring technical documentation (e.g., user guides, API docs, product manuals) and/or developing educational courses, modules, or curricula, 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Python to automate or enhance content creation, documentation, or business processes, Experience creating, scripting, producing, and editing tutorial or instructional videos, Advanced writing skills: ability to communicate complex technical information clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences, Familiarity with documentation/content management systems and basic multimedia production tools, Strong collaboration and communication skills, Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, Attention to quality, clarity, and process improvement, Ability to adapt to fast-paced product environments and iterate quickly, Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Business, Education, or related field favored, Experience working with the Strategy platform, particularly in the Administrator role, including managing user permissions, configuring workflows, maintaining platform settings, and supporting operational processes, Experience with advanced e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), Strong familiarity with documentation publishing workflows and analytics in SaaS or software environments, Exposure to AI or machine learning pipelines for content or workflow automation, Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for documentation and multimedia source files, Experience designing certification exams or assessment materials
