Your role will involve transforming complex workforce and operational datasets into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:- Design BI architecture and analytics strategy.- Develop ETL/ELT processes and data integrations.- Build dashboards and reports in Tableau.- Collaborate with stakeholders to enable self-service analytics.Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or data architecture.- 5+ years of experience with Tableau (Desktop, Server/Cloud).- Advanced knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing concepts.- Experience with AWS/GCP and data security management.- Leadership and mentoring skills.Nice to Have:- Experience with workforce management platforms.- Knowledge of predictive analytics and ML.- Tableau certifications.
