We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to design and build modern, cloud-native data platforms. You will work on an exciting project for a leading consumer healthcare navigation company, delivering an MVP that provides health insurance visualizations and insights to support better decision-making.What you will do: Design scalable, cloud-native data architectures on AWS Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and streaming) Design data models for analytical and transactional workloads Develop dbt models and transformations Work with modern data stores (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL) Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Ensure data security, governance, and access control (RBAC, encryption) Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver a production-ready MVP Requirements:Technical Strong experience with AWS (Glue, DMS, S3, IAM, etc.) Solid knowledge of dbt and Snowflake Advanced SQL and Python Experience with streaming data (Kafka, CDC) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Data modeling and modern data architecture experience Experience 5+ years in data architecture or senior data engineering roles Hands-on experience designing end-to-end data platforms Nice to have: Data governance and data catalog experience Cost optimization and monitoring Knowledge of data residency and compliance requirements
