These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs as necessary. May manage ad hoc projects as requested.Responsibilities:Serve as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messagingAdvance organization/people strategy goals including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiativesAssist leadership/Chief of Staff in promoting and executing communications programDrive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management teamParticipate in People Engagement Working Group and promote Voice of the Employee (VOE) communicationsIdentify and develop business content for deployment, to enhance brand awareness with stakeholders and clientsAdvise, write and edit on company-wide communicationsDevelop and maintain communication standards and procedures; serve as subject matter expert on communication tools and applicationsDevelop monthly communications metrics to monitor and measure impact of the communication planParticipate in leadership meetings to assess scope of communications needs, educate leadership on strategy, and make recommendations for achieving desired impactComplete financial deliverables including monthly forecasts, the annual investment process, client reporting and ad hoc requestsLeverage technology and tools to enable communications and generate excitement and interest in risk communicationsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:Experience in a financial services roleCommunications or marketing experience preferredDemonstrated working knowledge of financial services industryConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.Job Description           The Client Organisation was established to support and complement the businesses and ensure that we deliver ‘OneCiti’ in a consistent and disciplined way through a centralised view of client strategy, segmentation and coverage model.Within this organisation, the Client Business Execution team manages the administrative and operational support of the Chief Client Officer; centrally leads the execution of key priorities and business routines; programme manages a selection of strategic initiatives; owns resource allocation, productivity and the realisation of cost efficiencies; and drives culture and people initiatives with the rest of the Client leadership team.The Business Manager (VP) is responsible for supporting the completion of key tasks by organising, co-ordinating, and managing administrative and performance activities in collaboration with the other members of the team and working with Client Organisation Business Execution teams and functional partners. These tasks may include headcount management processes, financial management processes, business real estate liaison, issues remediation as well as other tasks within the team (e.g. Ad-hoc projects, reviews, Continuity of Business activities, etc.).Responsibilities:The role holder will primarily be supporting the Director leading the Headcount, Financials and Real Estate Management Pillar of the team with both BAU and project activities under their direction.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Coordination of delivery with stakeholders within the Client Organisation (e.g. emailing people, reminding of deadlines, chasing)Material collation and review against other sources of data for consistencyConsolidation of data from multiple sources or points in time (typically spreadsheet data)Reconciliation of files (typically Excel) between various iterations or sourcesQuerying data, obtaining background information to ensure correct interpretation of contentCollation and filing of audit trail documents (e.g. emails, materials produced elsewhere)Documentation of BAU protocols (non tech)Support with the execution and evidencing of controlsOther tasks, as required by the teamOther responsibilities may include:Supporting administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams;Providing oversight of business-critical milestone reporting and other reporting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracySupporting the planning and remediation of any self-identified issuesProviding support to ad-hoc projects / assignments of the Client Business Execution team, as necessaryEducation and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferredOutstanding employment performance, successful candidates will usually have 8+ years of experience in financial services or related industriesKnowledge and Experience:Understanding of financial services and the way large financial institutions operate – knowledge of Citi’s Organisation, products and services will be a plusPrevious business execution and / or project management experience desiredAdvanced excel / presentation skills essentialKnowledge of tableau / SharePoint or similar tools desiredKnowledge of AI tools and AI prompting will be a plusSkills and Competencies:Exceptional attention to detailExcellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skillsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to deliver tasks effectively in a high-volume environment with changing prioritiesProfessional, resilient under pressure and self-motivated in a fast-paced and demanding environmentAbility to partner effectively and collaborate across the firm at varying levels of the organisationAbility to operate in a virtual global team
