4+ years of experience delivering BI solutions, including hands-on Power BI development., Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques., Hands-on experience with Azure-based projects, including Fabric, DataBricks, and Azure Data Factory., Experience integrating multiple data sources, including SQL and Azure cloud platforms., Strong problem-solving and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions., Proficiency in English and Polish., Experience with CI/CD processes for BI Solutions, DevOps oriented mindset., Experience in leading technical teams, ability to work in a team and mentor less experienced members of the team., AI interests in general.
