Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Active Directory and cybersecurity in a corporate environment., Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, AZURE, and AD/LDS., Hands-on experience with cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure., Proven track record of deep troubleshooting, especially with group policies and event logs., Ability to translate complex technical issues into understandable language for end users., Strong understanding of Windows Server (2012 & 2019), DNS, DHCP, and core security principles., Demonstrated responsibility growth, including handling incident responses and problem management., Fluent English, with excellent communication skills., Certifications in cybersecurity, Microsoft, or cloud technologies., Experience with security frameworks and audit processes.
