Minimum 3+ years of experience in RTR/GL/Finance roles., Very good knowledge of SAP FI, including the ability to independently post journal entries., Knowledge of JDE is an advantage., Experience working with Intercompany processes; experience in transitions is a plus., Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills., Focus on process quality, improvements, and efficiency., Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive changes., Strong communication and teamwork skills; openness to giving and receiving feedback., Very good command of English; German will be an additional asset., Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with external stakeholders as well as cross‑functional teams within the SSC environment.
