About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support and guide Agile delivery teams in building high-quality software products. In this role, you will help teams apply Agile and Scrum practices effectively, eliminate obstacles, and continuously improve collaboration, delivery speed, and product quality. Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Facilitation Facilitate core Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Team Coaching & Mentoring Support teams in adopting and improving Scrum and Agile practices, fostering self-organization and accountability.Impediment Management Proactively identify delivery risks and blockers, and work with teams and stakeholders to remove them.Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning; act as a bridge between delivery teams and business stakeholders.Continuous Improvement Encourage transparency, open communication, and a culture of learning and continuous improvement across teams.Metrics & Reporting Monitor sprint progress, team performance, and delivery metrics; communicate status and insights to stakeholders.Required QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments (required).Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or comparable Agile certification.SkillsStrong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworksExcellent facilitation and conflict resolution abilitiesHands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOpsNice to HaveExperience working with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)Ability to collaborate with distributed and international teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
