The consultant will support the full lifecycle of the new Time Off and Time Tracking solution — from solution design, through configuration and testing, to deployment — ensuring that the system meets business requirements across all participating countries.Main Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure effective design and build of the EC Time solution. Provide detailed documentation of all system settings and configurations. Support testing and validation of the developed solution. Key Requirements 7-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time implementation. Strong knowledge in EC Time configuration and deployment.
