About a role:The role focuses on the efficient and cost-conscious implementation and support of SAP HR / Payroll and Time Management processes.You will work closely with internal customers and central IT, ensuring stable system operations, proper documentation, and compliance with internal and external requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and implement business requirements in SAP HR / Payroll and Time Management.Coordinate with central IT and automation teams and support IT-related projects.Provide application and 1st-level support, including user support, troubleshooting and ticket handling.Manage SAP users and authorizations.Maintain and update employee time and payroll-related data.Monitor system jobs, workflows and notifications to ensure smooth operations.Support audit, compliance and SOX / ITGC documentation activities.Prepare, distribute and archive payroll and HR documents using DMS.Participate in process improvements, knowledge sharing and departmental meetings.Continuously develop system and process knowledge.Required Skills & ExperienceUniversity degree or technical education.Professional experience in SAP HR / Payroll, Time Management or HR systems support.Practical knowledge of SAP and HR-related processes.Experience in application support, system administration or operational SAP environments.Very good German (B2/C1) and English (C1).Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.Customer- and solution-oriented approach.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Technical KnowledgeSAP and HR-related system tools.Standard office and communication software.Basic knowledge of compliance, documentation and archiving rules.Understanding of company regulations and HR documentation.
