SAP FI/CO Consultant – Analyze requirements, configure SAP FI/CO, support users, join global projects, document processes, conduct trainings. Requires 5 + years SAP FI/CO experience, finance/IT degree, English fluency, German a plus. Remote, Warsaw.
Your Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules according to business needs Advise and support process owners and key users on process improvements and innovations Participate in global SAP projects (rollouts, upgrades, implementation of new functionalities) Ensure effective change and problem management, including support participation Create and maintain documentation such as Business Process Procedures and user guides Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users (on-site and remote) Collaborate with global teams, external partners, and the SAP Customer Support Cente Your Profile University degree in Finance, Business Information Technology, or a related field At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, support, and implementation in an international environment In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and their integration with MM, PP, SD, and HR Solid understanding of financial processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost and Profit Center Accounting Familiarity with financial reporting and controlling principles (Swiss GAAP FER) Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is an advantage Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented, proactive, and reliable working style Excellent communication and consulting abilities Team player with experience in international and cross-functional collaboration We Offer A challenging position in a global environment Active involvement in Comany digital transformation A collaborative, international, and value-driven workplace Flexible working models and attractive development opportunities Why apply for an Antal job offer?When your application is successful, you will be supported by a dedicated Consultant who will stay in regular contact with you (via email or phone), help you prepare for interviews with your future employer, and ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.About AntalAntal is a leading recruitment and HR advisory company, present in Poland since 1996 and later expanded to the Czech Republic and Hungary.
