SAP BW/4HANA Consultant (100% Remote)Location: 100% Remote (Poland)Rate: up to 270 PLN/h (B2B)Start: January 2026Duration: Long-term cooperationWorkload: Fulltime (40h/week)About the ProjectWe are looking for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultant for a long-term assignment with a major international energy-sector organization.The project focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining data models and reporting within the Meter2Cash landscape, particularly in the areas of Market Communication (Marktkommunikation) and Master Data Reporting (Stammdaten-Reporting).You will join the Data & Analytics domain and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable reporting solutions.Your ResponsibilitiesTranslate business and clarification requirements into technical solution designs aligned with project standards.Define, document, and present data models in SAP BW/4HANA for approval.Build and enhance data models using input from:SAP MaCo CloudSAP S/4 UtilitiesCSV-based data sourcesDevelop technical objects and implement logic using ABAP and SQL.Work according to Product Owner priorities, ensuring quality and operational readiness.Collaborate with requirement providers to identify logical inconsistencies and propose corrections.Prepare comprehensive documentation and hand over all developed components.RequirementsTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA (modeling, development, integration).Practical experience in ABAP and SQL programming.Experience with SAP S/4 Utilities or Market Communication processes is a strong plus.Good understanding of data warehousing and reporting concepts.Experience working in agile project setups.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.Strong ownership and independence.Ability to clearly articulate and defend technical solutions.Team-oriented mindset and reliability.LanguagesEnglish - requiredGerman - nice to haveOtherOnly candidates based in Poland (100% remote) can be considered.What We OfferLong-term cooperation100% remote work modelStable and mature project environmentTransparent and fast recruitment processApply NowIf this sounds like a good match, send us your CV - we will contact you with details and next steps.
