Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, Practical experience with:, Apex classes and triggers, SOQL and DML operations, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules, Basic knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration concepts, Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certificate - mandatory, Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills, Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, Ability to follow coding standards and actively participate in peer reviews, Good communication and collaboration skills, Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback, Openness to support QA testing and knowledge-sharing activities, Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket, Basic understanding of Salesforce deployment tools:, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, SFDX CLI, Exposure to Salesforce bots or MIAW, Experience working with Jira, Confluence or Google Docs, Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools, Interest in learning DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins, Willingness to mentor interns or further support QA testing efforts
