1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, strategy/growth, sales enablement, or a similar role., Bachelor’s degree from a strong business/economics university (top-tier preferred)., Exposure to CRM and sales workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)., Understanding of prospecting motions, outbound frameworks, and early pipeline building., Strong business acumen and ability to understand commercial models and client value drivers., Analytical rigor and comfort working with data, dashboards, pipeline metrics, and outbound performance indicators, Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations., High ownership, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently., Experience working with commercial or go-to-market teams, ideally in a cross-functional environment., Advanced command of English (min. C1 level), written and spoken., Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech., Familiarity with research tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SimilarWeb, Apptopia, Winmo, or similar., Experience supporting senior commercial leaders (Sales Directors, VP Sales) with analysis, insights, and strategic input., Familiarity with agile work methodologies (iterative workflows, sprint planning, retrospectives)., Experience in project management or managing cross-functional initiatives.
