Sales Representative Specialist
Location: Poland – Remote
For our team leading an international project focused on introducing a product to the market, we are looking for a Sales Representative. You will be working on a project for a German, family-owned company with over 50 years of history, aiming to expand its sales presence in the Polish market. You will become the first sales representative responsible for driving business development in Poland.
The company specializes in manufacturing moving systems, lifting equipment, machine hoists, transport trolleys, and advanced lifting technology solutions. All products are engineered and manufactured in the Southern Germany region, ensuring high quality and reliable German craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
• Mapping organizations and identifying key stakeholders;
• Executing effective outbound activities (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach) in the Polish market;
• Attending industry events;
• Scheduling and conducting sales meetings;
• Preparing commercial offers and presentations in collaboration with the headquarter;
• Providing ad hoc support in sales-related activities.
Requirements:
• Experience in sales to industrial sector clients;
• Nice to have: experience selling similar products such as moving systems for heavy loads;
• Very good command of English and Polish;
• German language skills are a plus;
• Persistence, proactivity, quick learning ability, independence, and strong attention to detail;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Flexibility to attend client meetings when needed.
