The Role

You'll manage 5+ salespeople across the country and dialers in our Philadelphia office, transforming talented individuals into a high-performing, accountable team. This isn't about being the best salesperson - it's about building the system that creates multiple top performers.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Run stand-ups that people actually value (not just attend)
  • Coach individuals based on their unique strengths and weaknesses
  • Build accountability without becoming a micromanager
  • Transform our follow-up from "whenever" to "always within 24 hours"
  • Make our pipeline forecasts actually accurate
  • Turn our dialers into appointment-setting machines
  • Create SOPs that people actually follow

You're Our Person If:

  • You have MAP (Management Action Programs) training or certification - this is essential
  • You've managed 5+ person B2B sales teams in financial services
  • You get more excited about team wins than individual glory
  • You think in systems, processes, and metrics
  • You can coach senior reps without ego and junior reps without condescension
