Our mission is to help clients deliver their most ambitious projects by providing high-quality expertise and innovative solutions.We are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Sales Team and support our business growth!🔎 Your responsibilities:Support the sales process and offer preparation – coordinate with the Recruitment Department, prepare candidate profiles (CVs), assist in creating formal offer documents, and schedule technical interviewsManage data in the CRM system – update information, maintain, and organize the sales pipelineProspecting and lead generation – conduct research, make the first contact, and qualify leadsAdministration and client support – provide operational and communication support for ongoing client relationshipsClose cooperation with the Sales Director – assist in day-to-day activities, organize meetings, and follow up on tasksDocumentation management – prepare draft contracts based on templates, ensure proper document flow, and signaturesReporting – generate basic sales reports (e.g,. number of meetings, pipeline value, activity summaries)Problem-solving and team collaboration – support consultants and coordinate internal communicationsEvent coordination – assist in organizing events for consultants, maintain contact with Client AmbassadorsContract management – coordinate renewals, terminations, and client conversionsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to internal process optimization💡 We are looking for someone who:Speaks English at a minimum B2 levelIs communicative, assertive, and well-organizedPays great attention to detail and works accuratelyCan manage time effectively and handle multiple tasksIs proactive and eager to improve internal processesHas a basic understanding of LinkedIn tools and networkingHas basic IT knowledge or familiarity with tech terminology (nice to have)🎯 We offer:Stable and long-term cooperation with career opportunitiesOpportunity to grow within a fast-paced IT consulting environmentReal influence on process improvements and client relationshipsSupportive and collaborative team cultureFlexible hybrid work modelAttractive benefits package: private medical care, sports card, training budget, and team-building eventsOffice in the city centerAdditional day off for your birthday
