Sales & Product Manager (Pharma) – rozwój i ekspansja sprzedaży surowców dla suplementów diety, zarządzanie portfolio, negocjacje zakupowe, analiza rynku, budowanie relacji, podróże służbowe (~30%). Wymagane doświadczenie w sprzedaży i product management w branży, znajomość rynku CEE, wykształcenie w technologiach żywności/chemii, znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego.
A successful track record in sales and product management within the sector of raw materials for the dietary supplements industry., Strong understanding of the dietary market in CEE countries and ideally a network within the industry., Experience in working in Romania / Croatia / Czech Republic / Bulgaria / Slovakia / Hungary / Lithuania / Latvia will be an additional advantage., Educational background in food technology, chemistry or related., Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., Dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial personality with a “can-do” attitude., High level of self-responsibility and independence., Fluent in Polish and English (knowledge of Romanian or other languages will be an advantage)., Confident use of MS Office applications., Country of residence: Poland
