Sales & Customer Support Manager – leads a team of Sales Support & Customer Support Specialists, ensures smooth support processes, manages admin & CRM workflows, liaises between Sales, Ops, Marketing, Tech, Finance, sets KPIs, handles escalations. Requires BA in Business/Marketing, 5+ years sales‑ops or support leadership, experience in direct/network selling, strong English (plus German/Spanish/Italian/French), CRM knowledge, strong organizational and stakeholder skills. Full‑time, Warsaw office.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field., 5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or commercial operations, with proven leadership experience., Experience in Direct Selling, Network Marketing, or Subscription-based businesses is a strong advantage., Strong operational and administrative skillset with a structured, process-driven mindset., Excellent communication skills in English (German, Spanish, Italian, or French are strong assets)., High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities., Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills., Experience with CRM and support systems (e.g. Zendesk, Exigo) is a plus., Digitally savvy and comfortable working with evolving tools and systems., Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to support evening or weekend activities when required., Full-time availability.
