Education: University Degree in Business and/or Accounting (or equivalent work experience), Required Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in RTR or a Finance function in an SSC/BPO environment., Top 2 skills: Knowledge of SAP and strong analytical and problem-solving skills., Knowledge of general accounting processes in a multinational environment., Innovative thinking and a process improvement mindset., Proven control orientation based on prior operational business roles., Ability to work across cultures and diverse management styles, with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills., Professional certification such as CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant, and experience with OneStream.
