Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, Technical proficiency in the UiPath Ecosystem (UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, Document Understanding, Action Center, Insights), Operational and support excellence, as in experience with: incident management, RCA, ticketing systems, regression testing, and technical documentation, Strong interpersonal skills for working alongside RPA Developers, VBA specialists, and IT Infrastructure teams, Written and spoken fluency in the English language, Willingness to provide coverage on Polish public holidays to ensure global business continuity, Shift Readiness, so being able to cover the 09:00 – 21:00 CET window, Fluent Polish required, Residing in Poland required
