Work available from offices in several major cities in Poland: Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań, Opole, Lublin, and Gdańsk.

Tasks:

Supporting Global Clients throughout the end-to-end business transformation and transition journey

Focus on the execution of transition projects while providing strategic advisory in transition areas

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery from a transition perspective

Work closely with Change Managers to facilitate the adoption of new processes and ways of working

Develop and implement transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to project requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

Experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering transition management projects - minimum 3 years 

Strong understanding of project management principles; certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)

Deep insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, including best practices and industry standards

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholder groups effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to develop compelling presentations

Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is advantageous
