This person should bring an existing network of enterprise contacts and be able to generate new business opportunities from day one.Responsibilities Driving new business development for IT recruitment services and body leasing. Building and expanding relationships with enterprise and corporate clients. Identifying client needs and proposing tailored recruitment or outsourcing solutions. Preparing and negotiating offers and contracts. Working closely with our Delivery team to ensure client satisfaction. Monitoring market trends and competition to identify opportunities. Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment sales, IT outsourcing, or body leasing. Strong network of decision-makers within large enterprises. Proven success in client acquisition and closing staffing/recruitment deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of the IT recruitment and outsourcing market in Poland and CEE. Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluency in English and Polish..
