Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); strong understanding of German culture

Experience in client-oriented roles, preferably working with German language

Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail

Comfortable using collaborative digital tools and quick to adopt new platforms

Skilled at building relationships and working with clients

Fast learner with interest in creative and technical processes

Clear and confident communicator

Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to high performance

Responsibilities

Manage overall delivery and satisfaction for major client accounts.

Work independently while supporting the wider account team.

Understand all services and workflows; drive improvements in quality and efficiency.

Work with a dedicated client team across multiple workstreams.

Oversee the full client experience and step in to support execution when needed.

Review outputs and provide clear, strategic feedback.

Coordinate resourcing with project and team managers.

Handle day-to-day client communication and resolve issues quickly.

Become the internal expert on each client’s brand and priorities.

Champion performance, insights, and continuous improvement across the team.
