You’re fluent in the tools of the trade – Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and (bonus!) InDesign are your everyday companions. You’re confident in English (min. You enjoy collaborating directly with clients – you love discussing ideas, explaining your design decisions, and offering creative advice. You’re adaptable – you feel comfortable designing everything from social posts to whitepapers and pitch decks. You have an eye for detail and quality – your work is polished, consistent, and ready to impress. You’re self-organized – you manage multiple projects, set priorities, and deliver on time. You stay curious and open to innovation – you explore AI tools and new workflows to make your design process smarter and more creative. What do we offer? 20 paid break days – rest is essential.
