If you’re passionate about delivering great customer experiences, have strong communication and time-management skills, and know your way around CRM tools like HubSpot, we’d love to hear from you.✍️ What you’ll be doing Build strong, long-term relationships with clients in Poland and other EMEA markets Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio Help customers understand and use Luigi’s Box effectively to reach their goals Identify opportunities for upselling and client growth Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless service Maintain accurate records of your client interactions in HubSpot Gather feedback and share insights with the broader team  💫 What makes you a great fit 3+ years of account management experience in the Polish and/or EMEA market (quota-carrying role) Native-level Polish (C2) and solid English skills (B2–C1), both spoken and written Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Great time-management and task organisation Experience with the Polish e-commerce segment is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot 🥳 What’s in it for you Flexible working hours to help you create the perfect work-life balance.
