Join us and create your inspiring future together with us.For our client, a global organization developing its Finance Shared Services operations, we are looking for a Transition Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the migration of finance processes into the Shared Services Center (SSC). This position offers a unique opportunity to combine process expertise with project delivery skills in an international and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end transitions of finance processes from local markets into the SSC, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer. Act as a functional expert for one or more finance domains PTP, OTC, or RTR - providing hands-on guidance throughout the transition cycle. Develop detailed transition plans, define milestones, and manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders and teams. Collaborate with Transition Managers, local finance teams, and global process owners to ensure alignment and successful execution. Monitor transition progress, report on key milestones, and proactively identify risks with corresponding mitigation actions. Facilitate effective communication between local sites and SSC teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and smooth handover. Oversee process documentation, ensuring alignment with global design standards and compliance with agreed frameworks. Support successful completion of transition tollgates, ramp-up phases, and go-live activities. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Transition Consultant, Transition SME, or Project Manager) within an international SSC environment. 2+ years of functional experience in one or more of the following areas: PTP, OTC, or RTR. Strong understanding of finance process design and implementation within a Shared Services setup. Proven experience in project coordination, process documentation, and stakeholder communication. Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver results under tight timelines. Fluent English communication skills.
