As an Assistant Time & Pay you will play a vital role in supporting the accurate and efficient management of employee time records, attendance data, and payroll inputs. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding timekeeping procedures, pay-related inquiries, and absence tracking. By maintaining precise data and ensuring timely processing, you will contribute to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.  Key Responsibilities  Enter and maintain time records in the SAP HCM payroll/timekeeping system  Respond to employee inquiries related to time tracking, absences and pay  Ensure proper documentation and filing of payroll and timekeeping records  Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information  Collaborate with HR colleagues and managers to ensure smooth payroll and timekeeping processes  Requirements:  Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields  Experience in payroll, HR administration or time management is an advantage  Familiarity with labor law regulations and payroll processes is desirable  Strong communication and organizational skills  High attention to detail and accuracy  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team  Proficiency in German and English (at least B2)  Basic knowledge of payroll processes and labor law  Proficiency in SAP HCM and Microsoft Office  About UsArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 15 countries.
