We deliver custom, high-ROI software solutions for startups and SMBs in over 10 countries across 4 continents.At Profil Software, we combine deep technical expertise with proven processes to deliver measurable growth and confidence in every project.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who will plan, launch, and optimize content and performance marketing campaigns from the ground up.If you’re passionate about growth marketing, content creation, AI automation, and SEO, and you know how to use marketing AI tools to drive measurable results, this is the role for you.We don’t believe in “fluffy marketing.” Our goal is to automate, optimize, and accelerate — using data, tools, and creativity to hack growth effectively.You’ll work closely with our design and development teams to create high-performing campaigns that attract and convert tech-savvy audiences.Your Responsibilities Plan, implement, and analyze Growth / Marketing / ReMarketing campaigns Create marketing content (PL & EN) for blog and social media Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing campaigns Conduct keyword research and optimize SEO for performance Analyze traffic, conversions, and campaign results (GA, Ahrefs, etc.) Optimize website performance and conversion paths Research and test new growth channels (e.g., Reddit, Quora, AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) Cooperate with the design team on campaign visuals and creatives What We Expect Min. 2 years of experience in B2B marketing/growth / SEM / PPC Experience working in IT company Good understanding of the IT industry specifics and software development environment.
