Job description

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding STX Next’s client base in Poland by building relationships with enterprise prospects and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own your pipeline of enterprise clients using all available resources, including your personal network of contacts

  • Generate leads and schedule introduction meetings with prospects

  • Qualify leads through STX Next’s structured discovery process

  • Manage the pre-sales relationship with prospects, increasing engagement and identifying opportunities to sell services

  • Lead business meetings, client visits, and attend conferences to establish strong connections

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Project Managers, and Sales to shorten the buying cycle and improve conversion rates

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize the sales process

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of STX Next’s services and the specific needs of the buyer persona

  • Keep up to date on new technology trends and make recommendations on potential new service offerings and pricing

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of proven, data-driven lead generation and sales experience in IT services and/or products

  • Strong track record of successfully acquiring clients from SMB and corporate sectors

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented approach

  • Prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to build and manage your own pipeline

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail, with strong follow-up discipline

  • Experience working with prospects and clients from Poland and leveraging a strong local network

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Polish (fluent) and English (B2 level or higher)
