Opis stanowiska

At Ars Thanea, we craft iconic visuals for global brands. As a Look Development Artist, you’ll help define the visual style of our projects — turning Art Director briefs into high-end stills and CG sequences that set the creative benchmark.

What will you do?

• Prepare polished renders or render sequences for pitch decks, presentations, and final delivery.

• Iterate quickly on feedback, delivering options and alternatives when needed.

• Explore creative R&D to push realism, mood, and style.

• Collaborate with Lighting, FX, and Art Direction teams to ensure consistent style and visual fidelity.

What are we looking for?

• A strong sense of color, composition, and design aesthetics.

• Proficiency in Houdini with Redshift/Karma, or Cinema 4D/Blender with Redshift/Octane.

• Solid understanding of PBR shading principles and procedural workflows.

• FX abilities — creating and controlling dynamics — are a strong plus.

• Familiarity with Photoshop and Nuke is a valuable advantage.

• Good command of English that allows effective communication with the team throughout the project.

• Bonus: experience in motion design, especially for advertising or cinematic projects.
