Diagnose and resolve technical problems. Providing information on products and their functionality. Entering requests into the system.  Our requirements: ​ Fluency in Finnish B2/C1. Excellent command of English B1/B2. Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
