Your responsibilities First point of contact for all general employment-related queries. Prepare documents such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and any other changes during employment. Collaborate with our internal Payroll Team to ensure a smooth payroll process. Update our HR database (Workday, Enova, or Płatnik) with changes to personal and employment data. Have ownership for onboarding and off-boarding our employees, ensuring our employees get the best experience during their time with us. Support other business requests and HR projects as necessary. Our requirements Initial experience working in HR or in a comparable role. Very good level of English (at least B2), as well as native in Polish. Knowledge of Polish labour law will be a great advantage. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Attention to detail.
