Finance Operations Assistant We’re looking for a Finance Operations Assistant to join our financial department. You’ll support the team in managing daily financial operations, including spending categorization, client invoicing, and report preparation. This position does not require an accounting degree - we value organization, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic above all. You’ll work closely with internal teams and an external accounting firm to ensure financial data is accurate, up to date, and clearly reported. Location: Kraków (on-site) /Hybrid Your daily work will include: Categorize company spending and transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Prepare and send client invoices based on Tempo timesheets. Preparing employees salaries transfers. Create and maintain financial reports such as burndown charts, cost summaries, and budget tracking. Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews. Help maintain accurate records and support audit or review processes as needed. Coordinate with team leads and project managers to ensure timesheet and invoicing accuracy. Team & Collaboration Regular meetings: Daily Standups (10 AM) Communication: Chat, emails, and calls Working hours: usually 9:00–17:00 CET Qualifications: Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Degree in a quantitative or analytical field, such as Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Microfinance, or Information Technology. Basic understanding of mathematics and data accuracy. Good command of English (spoken and written). Motivated, dependable, and able to manage time effectively. Comfortable working with digital tools (QuickBooks, Tempo, Google Workspace). Nice to have Prior experience in an administrative or finance-related role. Familiarity with SaaS business models or project-based invoicing. Interest in process optimization or automation (e.g., using Google Sheets scripts or formulas). The interview process is divided into three parts: Technical screening call via Google Meets (~ 1 hour) Technical interview with one of the Senior Managers in the office headquarter located in Krakow, on Twardowskiego 65.
