PLN 9 500 - 14 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment) + bonuses. What You Will Do: Own and execute outbound prospecting across mid-market and selected enterprise accounts. Identify, engage, and nurture key decision-makers - from CxOs and Product Heads to Procurement and Digital Transformation leaders. Lead full end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, proposals, and closure. Collaborate with presales, delivery, and CoE leaders (Commerce, Applied AI, Innovation Engineering) to design and position winning solutions. Partner with marketing and GTM teams to co-create campaigns, events, and thought leadership content. Track performance metrics across pipeline creation, deal velocity, margin contribution, and client satisfaction. Manage your pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene with high ownership. RequirementsWe expect you to have: 4–7 years of experience in business development, client partnerships, or consultative sales within IT services or software engineering firms. Proven experience running outbound sales motions. Proven track record of independently developing opportunities for selling software and IT services in either or mix of US, Canada, UK&I, BeNeLux, Scandinavia, DACH, GCC markets. Ability to lead full sales cycles independently and close mid-size deals (in value up to 500k PLN). Good understanding of IT services models (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, and Retainers). Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills. Excellent English (C1+). Polish not required. Nice to have:Expertise in digital commerce - familiarity with ecosystems like Shopify, SAP Commerce, Salesforce, OMS, PIM/MDM, or headless architectures.Benefits
