Exciting challenges await, including the implementation of a new ERP system and reporting to the international Group, offering a real opportunity to shape financial processes and contribute to strategic decisions.Requirements Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting and experience in the role of chief accountant, accounting manager, GL team leader etc. Good knowledge of MS Office tools, experience of working in SAP Experience in the implementation of ERP systems - well seen Competence and knowledge of taxes, controlling, international accounting standards English proficiency - min. C1 Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the month-end and year-end closing process

Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with local and international standards

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate cash flow management

Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations

Drive continuous improvement of accounting and reporting processes

Participate in the implementation of a new ERP system

Manage reporting to the Group and cooperate closely with auditors and external institutions
