Your Responsibilities: Manage and process incoming leads efficiently and accurately Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email Schedule meetings for Managing Partners and provide support during client interactions Prepare high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials Maintain and update CRM systems and other sales tools Monitor lead progress and provide regular activity and performance reports Conduct analyses related to leads and business development metrics Support Managing Partners with administrative and organizational tasks related to sales and client management Collaborate with internal departments to align efforts and achieve business objectives Your Profile: Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Support, Sales Assistant, or Business Development Assistant) Fluent in German and English (spoken and written, minimum C1 level in both); French is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently High attention to detail, particularly in managing data and documentation Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales processes Experience preparing professional presentations and proposals A professional appearance and friendly, confident demeanor — you will often be the first point of contact for clients  A collaborative team player who is committed to achieving shared goals and supporting leadership What We Offer: A competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus A flexible working model: hybrid (from our Warsaw office) or fully remote A dynamic and supportive work environment with direct exposure to client projects and strategic decision-making The opportunity to work closely with experienced leadership on high-impact business initiatives Clear potential for professional development and long-term growth Opportunity to implement your ideas and initiatives Stable employment with private medical care and Multisport Card
