We are a team of builders and experimenters, and we are looking for people ready to help us define the future of lead generation.About the Role:We are looking for a GTM Engineer to architect our next-generation revenue engine. Working directly with the founders, you will design and build the automated systems that drive our growth.This role is for a builder, a systems thinker, and a relentless experimenter. If you see the GTM tech stack not as a collection of tools, but as building blocks for a powerful machine that generates predictable pipeline, this is your chance to make a massive impact.What You'll Do (Your Mission):Your mission is to build and scale a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings by creating a sophisticated, AI-powered GTM machine. Build the Revenue Engine: Design, build, and scale our end-to-end GTM automation systems using a modern tech stack centered on tools like Clay and n8n. Automate the Funnel: Create automated plays across the entire customer lifecycle, including intelligent list building, personalized multi-channel outreach, buying signal monitoring, inbound lead qualification, and automated CRM data management. Own the Tech Stack: Take full ownership of our go-to-market systems, integrating our CRM, data services, and outreach platforms to ensure data flows seamlessly and triggers the right action at the right time. Run a Growth Lab: Operate with high autonomy to constantly launch, test, and scale growth experiments, using data to identify bottlenecks and unlock new opportunities for pipeline generation.
Who We're Looking For (Your Profile): You are a systems thinker. You have a relentless curiosity and a bias for iteration and improvement. You are an automation expert. You have deep, hands-on expertise building complex, multi-step workflows in Clay and n8n (or similar no-code/low-code platforms like Make or Zapier). You are fluent in APIs. You know how to connect disparate systems and turn complex GTM strategies into functional, automated workflows. You understand the business. You have a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing fundamentals and are passionate about using technology for leverage and efficiency.
Optional: You have mastered Hubspot CRM and view it as the programmable core of the revenue engine.

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: 6,000-12,000 PLN (umowa zlecenie or B2B netto + VAT), based on your experience and performance.
