This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving ways of working, contributing expertise to cross-functional projects, and developing further in project and transition management.Your main tasks Use your Order-to-Cash process knowledge to support the transition of finance processes within the SSC Collaborate closely with global and local teams to ensure smooth process transfer and implementation Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and support timely resolution Ensure clear and consistent communication between stakeholders during transitions Take part in continuous improvement and harmonization initiatives Contribute to process documentation and standardization efforts Actively develop your skills in project and transition management through hands-on participation Your background Around 3–5 years of experience in an international SSC environment, ideally within Order-to-Cash process Strong understanding of finance processes and how they interact across functions Experience in transitions, process improvement, or project work would be a strong advantage Excellent communication and teamwork skills – able to connect people and support collaboration Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is a must Motivation to grow further in project and transition management What’s in it for youYou’ll be part of an organization where your expertise will directly support how processes are shaped and delivered.
