We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialists to join our growing fintech team.We’re looking for professionals with hands-on experience in financial services, acquiring, or PSP (Payment Service Provider) environments — especially in cross-border payments or low-risk e-commerce markets across Poland, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, and the Czech Republic.The ideal candidates combine a strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of payment ecosystems — including merchant onboarding, transaction processing, and compliance standards — and can translate that expertise into successful business growth.________________________________________Your responsibilities• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cross-border and acquiring payments sector.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction.• Develop and implement sales strategies that support company objectives and market expansion.• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and partnership offers.• Monitor sales performance metrics, and report results to management.________________________________________Our requirements• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in financial services, fintech, acquiring, or PSP.• Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant onboarding, and card transaction flows (Visa / Mastercard).• Knowledge of chargeback procedures and customer verification processes (KYC / AML).• Proven ability to manage relationships with merchants, PSPs, and financial institutions, including high- and mid-risk segments.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts simply.• Highly motivated, target-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales goals.• Fluent in English and Polish (other CEE languages are a plus).• Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.________________________________________What we offer Opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly growing fintech company; A lot of independence, a flat organizational structure and an opportunity to implement your ideas; Hybrid workplace model (we work from the office 2 days a week); Support of our managers – we give a great deal of autonomy in your actions, but do not leave without help – we work as a team; Annual training budget; Annual bonuses;
