Your responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll process for Israel and selected EMEA markets

Process and control all payroll-related payments (employees, tax authorities, social security offices)

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide employee support

Act as Single Point of Contact for HR and Finance teams

Review and validate payroll-related journal entries into the general ledger

Manage relationships with external payroll vendors

Analyze the impact of legal changes on payroll (taxes, social security, benefits)

Prepare payroll reports and financial analyses

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2 years of payroll experience

Excellent command of English and Hebrew

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Hands-on experience with data entry, validation, and reporting

Proactive approach, good organization and problem-solving skills

High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and team spirit

Nice to have:

Experience with Workday and/or Oracle
